Donna Price
President/CEO and Director
Donna Price has been in Arizona most of her life and considers herself a native. She adopted her three grandchildren in 2020 and is a working single mother. Donna loves to hike and work out. She also loves to sing and perform musically. Donna holds a Bachelor Of Arts degree in Communication Studies and an Associates degree in Journalism.
Donna is the owner of three companies: Price Team Lending, Top Gun Processing and Heavenly Events. Donna primarily leads her small team of five in the Mortgage business. She has always excelled in customer service and was nominated Mortgage Broker of the Year in 2017. She is a leader and exemplary model for women in small business. Her commitment to honesty and fairness are second to none. Donna’s company Price Team Lending maintains an all 5-star-reviews in both Google ratings and the BBB and is an accredited member of the BBB. Donna has facilitated trainings and seminars to educate both the public and professionals on the mortgage process.
Donna believes in giving back and supports many charities. Her primary charitable focus has been on her Veteran’s program which has been in place for several years. In 2022 she extended this same program to First Responders as well, giving several thousands of dollars to help them achieve the goal of homebuying. Donna’s heart is for those she considers the true American heroes: those who serve both our community and our country. She believes we have a responsibility to give back to those who selflessly serve.
Lisa Lund
Founding Member
Lisa Lund was born in Poway, CA and moved to Peoria, AZ in 1995 when she was a sophomore in high school. Lisa loved to be involved in high school. She was in dance and cheer and led Fellowship of Christian Athletes at her high school alongside her best friend. She also competed in Miss Teen Arizona when she first moved to AZ as a way to meet new friends and be a part of the community.
Lisa always enjoyed working and helping others and knew that she had a place in the world of finance. She started working for her dad’s mortgage company as a receptionist in the summer of 1998 at 17 years old. This was the beginning of her career in the mortgage industry. Lisa worked her way up in the industry experiencing many different roles and in June of 2009 Lisa opened Lund Mortgage Team, Inc. She currently leads a team of 13 including 2 loan officers and 3 processors who fund over 100 loans a month. Since opening her company Lisa has been very involved with the AZ Association of Mortgage Professionals (AZAMP) and has sat on the board as President and committee member. She has lobbied in Washington, DC for mortgage broker laws, chaired AZ state trade shows, scheduled speakers for the AZAMP monthly luncheons and organized continuing education for state licensed loan officers and mortgage brokers. She also has received the Broker of the Year award from United Wholesale Mortgage and was in a segment on the Lifetime channel with United Wholesale Mortgage about the advantages of using an independent mortgage broker. Lisa also has made a big impact for women leading in the mortgage industry. She was the first chairwoman of Women Mortgage Network and is honored by this accomplishment. She loves leading women in a positive encouraging way in an industry mostly dominated by men.
As a local business owner Lisa believes that giving back to her community is more important than ever. She is involved in many different charities including the ALS Association, AZ Kidney Foundation and Phoenix Children’s Hospital. She also frequently contributes to local school sports teams and charities.
Lisa is a hardworking, committed and passionate business owner, wife and mom of 4. She loves seeing people achieve their dream of home ownership as well as helping people save money on their mortgage. She also loves helping her peers in the industry grow and is always a great resource to others.
Tom sullivan
Director
I started my Fire career as a naval firefighter in 1985 and served four years, active military on a cruiser. Then I transitioned to civilian firefighting in 1993 getting my Fire one and two with the state of Arizona. I also got my EMT the year before that in 1992. My first position was with Black Canyon city fire department from 1993 to 2001. I then served as a cadet with Glendale for department working on the crisis response unit and writing on edge of companies from 2004 to 2012. I then went to Yarnell fire department and serve for two years finishing my career on the fire truck. During this time from 2007 to 2021 I worked as an EMT for first responders Inc. which worked events for the Phoenix Suns, the Arizona rattlers, the Phoenix, Mercury and the Arizona Cardinals. I currently work at Grand Canyon University as a campus security field training guard. I’ve been here since 2014.
EDDIE J MATTESON
Director
Eddie is a 20-year veteran of the United States Navy. He performed his duties as a Fleet Marine Force Corpsman while serving with small combat operational teams with the Marine Corps. Post retirement and his combat tours he was employed with TriWest Heath Care Alliance Where he was instrumental in developing the Marine Corps DTRESS Line for active-duty Marines, Fleet Marine Force Corpsmen and their family members as a Peer-to-Peer approach dealing with the stresses of Combat and the Marine Corps lifestyle. He was the lead trainer for the Be There staff in Texas and Arizona in dealing with suicidal Veterans and their families. He started working at the West Valley Vet Center in 2018 to present as the Readjustment Counseling Technician / Outreach Coordinator. He conducts presentations for local Universities, Colleges, Trade schools and private institutions in reaching out to Veteran students. He is currently a board member for numerous Homeless outreach programs. He serves on Congresswoman Debbie Lesko’s Veterans advisor panel. He recently assisted in opening a CAP office in Wickenburg Arizona to assist with Mental Health programs within WVVC guidance.
Thomas Evans
Director
Thomas Evans is an Army Combat Veteran. He comes with a sales and marketing background and came into the real estate industry in 2013 when he entered into Title and Escrow as a Director of Marketing for a large privately owned Title Company.
He and his wife Melina, were the co-founders of Networking360, a professional network in Arizona.
Currently Thomas serves as the President and Co-founder of HOA.com, the #1 Network for Professionals who serve Homeowners.
